Q. How much does it cost?
A. It costs only $49.95 per month and you can cancel anytime. There are no contracts or hidden fees.
Q. What is the difference between Basic and Professional memberships??
A. You can check out our handy chart which shows the advantages of becoming a Professional Member.
Q. Can I post items I need to buy too?
A. Absolutely! Just use our RFQ system and to list parts (or complete machinery) that you want to purchase.
Q. How long do my parts stay for sale on the site?
A. Items stay on the site as long you as your Pro subscription is current. Items you need to buy expire at a date of your choosing but no longer than 90 days.
Q. I listed some parts, why didn't anyone contact me?
A. There are hundreds of thousands of parts in the Industry and so the chances of being contacted is directly proportional to how many items you have listed. Professional members can list tens of thousands of parts and generally enjoy more success than Basic members.
Q. Some companies are verified. What does that mean?
Q I sent you an RFQ, why didn't you respond!?
A. OilGasParts does not directly supply parts. Please search for the items you are looking for or use our awesome RFQ system to contact suppliers directly.
Q But I am looking for hundreds of parts, it will take forever! Can you help?
A. Yes! We now have a new RFQ system which allows you to upload the items you are looking to buy directly to our website. We go through each of your items and send a Request for Quotation on your behalf to all suppliers with matching items. Before any RFQ is sent you can can choose to omit any suppliers you are not interested in doing business with. Be careful how you proceed because suppliers will soon also be able to restrict who may send them RFQs.
